王霞 教授(二级),博导,教育部物理学类专业教学指导委员会委员,国家一流本科专业建设点负责人,教育部首批虚拟教研室负责人,山东省新型光电材料与技术工程实验室主任。主讲《光学》课程获批山东省一流课程,并被推荐参评国家一流课程,被本科生评为我最喜爱的老师。主持山东省高校教学改革研究重大项目子课题、山东省高校教学改革研究重点项目。多年来从事微纳光子晶体材料的制备及表征、光子带隙结构的相位调控研究、超表面光子结构的制备及应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、获批山东省杰出青年基金等。国家自然科学基金和山东省自然科学基金重点项目先后获评优秀结题项目。多项创新性研究成果发表在Adv. Mater.NanolettersNanophotonics   Appl. Phys. Lett.Opt. Lett.等国际Top期刊。
